The website and the downloadable map making scripts available to some members are the intellectual property of MAGic Maps.

Downloadable third party content and applications available to some members are the property of the owner of that content and is subject to the owner's terms and conditions.

Our maps are free for personal use subject to the terms of this agreement. Permission to use our maps for non-personal purposes (such as for commercial purposes or by organizations and associations) must be sought from MAGic Maps prior to using them.

Nothing found on the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, transferred or modified without express written permission of the owner. UNAUTHORIZED USE, COPYING, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING, DISTRIBUTING, SELLING, OR DUPLICATING OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR DOWNLOADABE CONTENT IS PROHIBITED.

Maps derived from Department Natural Resources Canada data (TOPORAMA, CANMATRIX, CANIMAGE, SPOT 4/5, NTDB / BNDT, and CANVEC) are subject to the Geograts Licence Agreement for Unrestricted Use of Digital Data (See "Licence Agreement" at http://www.geogratis.ca) and is copyrighted by Department of Natural Resources Canada.
